How to download your
Victorian Energy Compare report

We'd love find out more about your energy use so we can see whether you would be a good candidate to join our Flinders Virtual Energy Network. To do that we need a little help from you...

If you live on Mornington Peninsula, you can download a file (in CSV format) from United Energy called the Victorian Energy Compare report and send it to us. This file contains your previous year's worth of electricity usage (and energy exports, if you have solar) at 30 minute intervals. It's a very useful file for analysing your usage patterns and for us to work out how joining our VEN might be advantageous to you

Here's how you get the file:

  • log in to United Energy and choose View details from your dashboard (if you haven’t been there before you will need to sign up)

  • click Download reports and there you can download the Victorian Energy Compare report file.

That's it!

You can now send the file to us using the form below so we can analyse it and talk to you about what it tells us. Thank you!

If you have a solar system, please give us a rough idea of when you installed it (so we know if we have a full year of data):

And who are you?

Now find that 'Victorian Energy Compare report' that you downloaded and upload it to us here (it's probably in your Downloads folder). And if you can upload a recent power bill too that will enable us to see your rates and make a comparison:

We will of course keep this private and not share it. It does not contain any personal or identifying information about you beyond your electricity meter's identifying number (NMI).

For even more fun, you might like to drop your file onto our Energy Cost Analyser and explore your usage and costs for yourself!
