This forum at the Flinders Bowls club was packed with locals wanting to hear about our plans for a community battery in Flinders. The speakers were: Taryn Lane (from the Hepburn Wind Project) who spoke about the feasibility study that we commissioned her to prepare; Chris Wallin (Yarra Energy Foundation) explained to us the ins and outs of community batteries; and Steph Delaney (Community Carbon Facilitation Officer at Mornington Shire) spoke about matters from the Shire’s perspective. It was a highly informative event with a great response and much interest from the locals!
